The project was painting a very big barn in traditional red and white colours. Many planks were rotten or worm-eaten and replaced by a local carpenter. We cleaned the fungi and peeled the old paint. The eastern wall was so extremely dry that it had to be painted three times while the rest of the barn got two coats of paint. When you spot the barn from the main road, it gives very nice impression of the whole farm and its natural setting.
