Hovet Kirke

	Hovet church is a beautifully situated one with a view to Hallingskarvet from the north side. It is built in wood and painted antique white. The main chapel is dated 1910. The porch was extended in 1994. The church hasn’t been painted outside since 2002 and south facing walls were in a very poor condition. Therefore we had to do a lot of cleaning and preparation work before the main task of painting. We found in archives the original grey colour for the windows and door frames which gave a very nice detailed look to the church.
